The timber is imported from all exotic parts of the world, as :
- the african East-coast, West- and South-Africa.
- All South-East Asia till the Philipinnes and also South-America.
We are also offering to our customer a range of hardwoods coming from North America means the traditionnal species : Cherry, White Oak ,Red Oak Maple, White Ash, Walnut, some exceptions in resinous and less hard wood : Soft Maple, Red Alder, Southern Yellow Pine.
In total : 80 different species, available in our yards in Zellik.
Quality control
The quality control is systematically done by arrival of each parcel and a full detailed report is established.
The control of the measurement is done at the same time. The timber is coming from the best sources and is stocked is our yards. Our conditionning's installations (by deshumidification, at low temperature) are giving the possibility to deliver to our customers a product ready to be worked.
Some specialities in sawn timber of origin
- Timber for flooring. We have actually 40 different species, everyone will certainly find what he needs.
- Chilean oak (Eucalyptus Globulus Labil) from our Chilean producer COLCURA
- Cherry from Pennsylvania, means the best source
- The real Tectona Grandis - Burma Teak, as well in sawn timber of origin as in logs.
